Our Team is comprised of individuals with a combined 26 years of experience in Pastoral Care, Leadership Consulting, Parent Coaching, Family Therapy, Child and Human Rights Advocacy, as well as International Debrief Counseling.
We have been successfully coaching clients, families, and organizations

We offer unique Leadership Retreats and Seminars to help identify and improve both the strengths and areas of needed growth for Leaders and/or Leadership Teams.
We have found through many years of working in Family Therapy settings that Team Dynamics and Leadership Styles often reflect or deflect family of origin roles and familial stories. At times this serves individuals and teams very well but at other times it creates a confusing disconnect in relationships and communication styles.
Our hope is to help teams move from an 'Us and Them' mentality to a more supportive DNA of 'We'.
We desire to promote an atmosphere where everyone feels as though they are valued and are truly championed by those they run with.
